Privacy Notice
This is an English summary of TeamWe’s Korean privacy policy, prepared under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. If the two differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. What we collect
Required: name, organization, email address, and message. Optional (with separate consent): job title, phone number, preferred start, and budget status. The service of interest is recorded only if you choose one. The time of submission, reference number, the page you submitted from and the previous page, and a submission key used to prevent duplicates are recorded automatically.
2. Why we use it
To receive and reply to your inquiry, carry out the consultation, keep a record of inquiries, and prevent duplicate or automated submissions.
3. How long we keep it
Three years from collection. If you ask us to delete it, we do so without delay, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your information with third parties except with your consent or where the law allows.
5. Service providers
Inquiries are stored and notification emails are sent using Google LLC’s cloud services (Google Workspace: Google Sheets, Gmail, Apps Script). The system is run from an account designated by the company. If the provider or the services change, we will update this notice.
6. Transfer outside Korea
Recipient: Google LLC (https://support.google.com). Countries: the United States and other countries where Google operates data centers. When and how: sent over the network when you submit the inquiry form. Items: those listed in section 1. Purpose and retention: as in sections 2 and 3. If you do not want your information transferred abroad, please contact us by phone instead of using the form.
7. Access
Inquiries are stored in an inquiry log (spreadsheet). Access is limited to designated staff who handle inquiries.
8. Deletion
Information past its retention period is reviewed every quarter, removed from the inquiry log, and the related notification emails are deleted on the same basis.
9. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop its processing. Contact us using the details below and we will act without delay.
10. Security
Access is limited to designated staff, and form entries are stored as plain text so they cannot run as spreadsheet formulas. While you fill in the form, your entries are kept temporarily in this browser tab only so they are not lost when you change pages or language; they are not sent to us until you submit, and they are cleared when the inquiry is received or the tab is closed.
