Our Approach

One team takes the work from planning through build to running it on the ground. Each stage ends with something you can review, and we decide the next step with you based on it.

  1. Review

Goals, audience, current practice, and constraints

    Summary and proposed scope
  2. Design

What to build, in what order, who does what, and how we judge it

Design document, screen or course outline
  3. Build

Services, content, and programs, made and tested

    Deliverables, test records
  4. Run

Operated with real participants and recorded

    Operating records, status
  5. Review results

Results summarized as the basis for the next design

    Final report, recommendations

FAQ

What can we hand over to you?

Each service can be taken on its own or combined with others. If you already have a website, LMS, or forms, we review them first and propose what to keep and what to build.

What should we prepare before the first conversation?

What you want to get done and why, who it’s for and roughly how many, when you’d like to start, where your budget stands, and the materials or forms you use now. It’s fine to leave anything you haven’t decided.

How are timeline and fees set?

Each service has its own drivers — number of users, systems to connect, number of sessions, participants, and so on. We confirm these in our first conversation and then propose scope, timeline, and fees together.

What happens after the project ends?

When we hand over operations, we train your staff and provide a manual. What is handed over — deliverables, source files, admin accounts — and how maintenance works afterwards are set out in the contract.

How does an inquiry work?

When you send the form, you’ll see a reference number, and our team replies by email after reviewing it. If useful, we meet and then propose scope, timeline, and fees. Once agreed, we sign a contract.

Discuss a Project

You don’t need a finished brief. Tell us what you know so far, and we’ll work out the scope and approach with you.
